About the Company

"I started shooting archery at age nine, competitively at age twelve," says owner Heith Clark. "I love working on archery equipment and helping my customers become the best archers they can be. Their success becomes my success."

For more than 25 years Heith had dreamed of owning his own Archery shop. So, in 2002, with the threat of corporate layoffs looming, he made the decision to strike out on his own and take his best shot at the American dream. Since that time, hundreds of archers from Alabama and the surrounding states have found their love of archery at Twelve Ring Archery and Outdoors.

With a bullseye set squarely on customer service as their number one priority, Twelve Ring has grown to carry more than 8000 archery and outdoors related products from hundreds of top industry manufacturers.

Twelve Ring has its own indoor 20-yard Dot Range available to the public for only $5.40 per person, per hour. In addition, for outdoor 3D shooting, Twelve Ring has partnered with the Athens Parks and Recreation and Limestone County Archers Association to bring 3D Competitive Archery to the Limestone County area. The range itself was built by the Alabama Department of Conservation and the Archery Trade Association. Completed in 2008, it was the first archery park to be built in the United States!

Twelve Ring Archery is a member of the Archery Trade Association, and Heith is a NASP Certified Archery Instructor.
